  Pulling up the to the store, I was a little unsure of what I would find inside. Inside was a generous selection of used single and sets of washers and dryers. Clean with the price clearly marked on them, along with several other used appliances. Once the gentleman came out of the back where they repair appliances, he was very friendly and talked about his some 20 years experience with repair and which models he favored. We purchased a set for a reasonable price including set up and delivery to the house about an hour from his shop. The appliances are all tested and come with a 60 day warranty. The washer worked wonderfully for about 2 weeks when one of the spin cycles went out. A call was made to his shop and he sent a repairman within a couple of days. He checked the problem and instead of repairing the part, they replaced the entire set with another comparable washer/dryer set and took the first set back to the shop. How many places now do that? I would say this is superior customer service and have recommended to others that if they are in need of used appliances, or parts to fix their own - this is the place to go!
